Downer : No Downers, its the best prepaid internet in India. Full speeds as quoted with no down times due to the technology used.

Best Plan : 256 kbps Unlimited, 750 Rs/Month
Downer : Must have a post paid phone to access, danger of shocking bills. Also other hidden charges like modem rent.
3) Sify
Best Plan : Unlimited 256 kbps day & 512 kbps Night, Rs 1156 per Month.
Downer : Cross 150 MB per day get 1 day reduction penalty per 25 MB even though we have paid for the month; Thats robbing.
Upload speeds only 64kbps only for that connection.
4) Hathway
Best plan : 64Kbps, Unlimited, 650 Rs/Month
Downer : Cheating with upto speeds instead of minimum which means the minimum is zero kpbs.
5) Airtel Broadband

 This place is among fastest growing suburbs in Asia. Situated on Karve Road and Paul Road, this township was virtually inhabited a decade back. Peth is a general name for old locality in Pune. Business in these places used to take place once in a week. There are 18 Peths in all, created by Peshwas in 1713 and 1818.
