Pune’s business management Institutes and colleges offer recognized regular degrees courses in MBA, BBA, BA in business management degrees and PGDBM diplomas mainly in the disciplines of IT, marketing, finance, human resource, and e-commerce. Department of Management Sciences, University of Pune established in the year 1971, has since been a centre for learning and development. Common Entrance Test (CET) score is considered for admission. The written test is held in February and GD / personal interviews are conducted in June / July by DTE. The Total marks are 240 and the distribution is as follows: written test, group discussion, personal interview, academic record and work experience.CET is a 2 hours paper consisting of 200 questions. Each question carries 1 mark, with no negative marking. It tests the following areas:reading, comprehension, quantitative ability, visual reasoning and data interpretation.
